林章建找到了新冠疫情爆发的原因和快速根治的办法

前言

尊敬的中共中央政治局七大常委：

请让我先汇报一个网上热传的典型故事：“地球村”有个名字叫“权人类”的老大哥，他的儿子在河边玩耍，不慎掉进河里，救上来时已经奄奄一息，权人类见状急得嚎啕大哭，一个中年男子赶忙上前，正要给孩子做心肺复苏，这时一个穿西装戴眼镜的专家说到：“等等，你有行医资格证吗”？中年男子摇头说：“没有”，专家严肃的说：“没有资格证，你救人是属于违法行为”。中年男子没办法只有退到一边。救人如救火，时间一分一秒的过去。权人类大哥跪在地上一个劲的恳求众人帮忙，这时一个中年妇女走了过来，二话不说就要救人。专家还是不依不饶地说：“你有行医资格证吗？没有资格证救人属于违法”！不等妇女回答，权人类大哥就一脚把专家踹倒，还大声对中年妇女说：“你只管救人，出了问题我来承担”。经过三分钟的抢救，孩子得救了，专家想溜走。权人类大哥怒吼一声说：“今天幸亏孩子没事，不然非得扒你的皮，抽你的筋”。专家吓得脚软一滑掉进了河里。拼命喊：“救命呐”！刚才那个中年男子和中年妇女都齐声冲着专家喊道：“专家呀，我们很想救你，但是我没有救人《资格证》啊”。

新冠疫情肆虐全人类，好比是全世界人民的孩子掉到河里需要紧急抢救，林章建最新发明的“五串排毒法”好比是中年男子和中年妇女已经拥有的知识和技能，正要向权人类的孩子施救，但是穿西装戴眼镜的专家想方设法不让施救。这时候迫切需要孩子的父亲——权人类大哥（世界各国的最高领袖及其领导下的政府）一脚把专家踹倒，还要大声对施救人说：“扑灭世界各国的新冠疫情是关系全人类福祉头等大事，世界各国都应该紧急立法奖励施救行为”。否则，中年男子和中年妇女都无权对全人类的孩子进行施救啊！

以下文章是根据广东省信访局要求发明人先将“医疗科技成果”向最基层的医疗机构做出科研成果的汇报，并找“有资质的专业医疗机构和专家鉴定后才可以推广”的一般性指导而发表如下不同意见:

The COVID-19 's epidemic ravages all mankind, just like the children of people all over the world fall

into the river and need emergency rescue. Lin Zhangjian's newly invented "five-string detoxification

证疫情永久不会“卷土重来”肆虐全人类的有效方法。“五串排毒法” 是找到了爆发疫情的真正原因和

能够扑灭疫情的有效办法,对症下药,斩草除根, 保证能做到:世界各国在实施“五串排毒法”处方后三天

内可将世界各国的疫情全面、彻底扑灭,不会留下任何后遗症，还能保证今后人类不会再度爆发此类疫

情！
